Comments about One80 Park City Dual Reclining Sofa - Chocolate:

This couch is horrible. Bought the 3 piece park city couch Black Friday 2016 and it came December 20th not even 10 days past and the handles of the recliners broke from 2 of the couches, with very light use. The couch is over stuff and lumpy, not very comfortable. They did not smooth out the couch properly. It's so overstuff which makes it hard for it to recline and close. I am definetely returning. If only 10 days past and I'it's already broken, imagine a year from now. The only positive to it it's a pretty chocolate brown color.

Comments about One80 Park City Dual Reclining Sofa - Chocolate:

I regret buying this couch. It is comfortable enough to sit on, but if you sit too close to the back, middle, or armrests, you'll feel the wood frame digging into you. Within a few months of purchasing this couch, a tech had to come out because one of the recliners was broken from light use. Things can slip easily behind the cushions into the back of the couch. I found an entire throw blanket back there that I didn't even realize was missing. The cushions started to separate from one another almost immediately. So there's a giant gap in the middle of the couch that goes straight down to the floor. I have a pillow shoved there just so my dog doesn't fall in.. It's a horrible couch. We have a narrow stairway leading upstairs, so we needed a couch that could come apart. I just wish it didn't continue to come apart! It is easy to clean and it does look very nice, even after 2 years(I have a blanket covering the spot where the pillow is in the middle of the couch.) If you're considering buying this couch, please keep looking. I'm honestly looking forward to the day the couch is no longer usable and I can buy a new one.

Comments about One80 Park City Dual Reclining Sofa - Chocolate:

We purchased this in November 2013 and after 3 years we noticed 2 springs fell out, several foam cushions fell out, and then the wood frame in the back of the reclining seat cracked. This wood is thin and cracks over time. But the couch is cheap and served its purpose with us and 2 small boys. For the price it was fine for a 3 year sofa. We are ordering the same one again now and I don't expect this new to last more than 3 years either but for now I don't want to spend a lot more.

Comments about One80 Park City Dual Reclining Sofa - Chocolate:

I purchased the sofa and love seat in Feb. of 2015 and about a year later the wood was breaking on the inside of the love seat and the middle seat to the sofa had sunk in. I purchased the warranty and they did absolutely nothing! Value City is the worst Furniture store that I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service and this will be the last time they will get my service!

Comments about One80 Park City Dual Reclining Sofa - Chocolate:

These are the most uncomfortable couches I have ever had! The stuffing is all bunched up. We have tears throughout the entire set. We are not big people so this should not be happening. I can feel the wood when I sit down. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Comments about One80 Park City Dual Reclining Sofa - Chocolate:

I SAVED UP MY MONEY FOR SO LONG TO BY A NICE IVING ROOM SET. I BOUGHT THIS COUCH, RECLINER, AND LOVESEAT NOT EVEN 2 YEARS AGO. THE SPRINGS ARE JABBING THROUGH THE FABRIC, ALL OF THE STUFFING IS COMING OUT UNDERNEATH THE RECLINERS SO IT IS VERY UNCOMFORATABLE TO EVEN RECLINE YOUR FEET. IT ALSO HURTS YOUR BACK BECAUSE THE STUFFING IS COMING OUT OF THE BACK. IF YOU LOSE SOMETHING IN THIS COUCH YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN, AND IT IS HORRIBLY UNCMFORTABLE TO TRY TO NAP ON. AND THIS IS JUST FROM EVERYDAY USE, I DONT HAVE MONSTER CHILDREN TEARING IT UP. BUYING THIS SET WAS THE FIRST MISTAKE, NOT BUYING A WARRANTY WAS THE SECOND. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOU THE STUFFING COMIMNG OUT AND THEY SAID MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ONLY COVERS TEARS. WELL, IF THE STUFFING IS COMING OUT ISNT THAT A TEAR? I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE SHOPPING FOR A NEW LIVING ROOM SET LESS THAN 2 YEARS AFTER BUYING THIS. DONT BUY THIS!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WITH QUALITY.
