Comments about Sterling Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa with Chaise - Beige:
I purchased this sleep sofa to be used primarily as seating in my girl cave and secondarily as a bed for occasional overnight guest. It was displayed on VC's web but not in the store, so I was not able to check it for comfort. Upon delivery, it was set up as a bed so the vacuum sealed foam mattress could expand and I had to wait a few hours before folding it into a sofa. As a bed it was ok; but, I found it to be very uncomfortable as a sofa. The cushions were extra extra firm and short (making them better suited for kids or short adults). It is well constructed but if you're seeking comfort - avoid this piece. The next day I contacted VC with my complaints, went in and selected 2 replacement chaises. I have to wait over 3 weeks and pay an additional $119 for pick up/delivery. Lesson learned: Use the web as a starting point but beware the pitfalls.
